• Shri. K.L. Bansal was born on 15.06.1959 at Bhatinda (Punjab).
• Graduated from D.A.V. College Bhatinda in 1979.
• Excelled in the field of Athletics and was awarded “Best Athlete” at Abohar, Firozpur, District (Punjab) for the year 1974-1975.
• President of Lco Club Bhatinda in 1980-81 and got Best President Award Regional Conference REG-VIII.
• Took the basic training of construction business from his father and started his career in the construction field.
• Completed following prestigious projects:
• Air India Housing Complex – Mumbai.
• LIC Housing Colony – Bangalore.
• Food Corporation of India Godown Jamnagar, Gujarat.
• Girls Poly-Technique College Dehradun (UP).
• 100 Bed Hospitals, Badal.
• Development Work of Sectors, Alpha, Gama, Delta of Greater Noida.
• Awarded as a “Best Contractor” of Greater Noida in year 2002 by Greater Noida Authority.
• One of the Founder Members of “Sanjha Manch”, a social organization engaged in upliftment of weaker section of society in the field of education and health.
• Elected as President of RWA Sector – 41 for “Successive Terms” of 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2010.
• In the field of health care, initiated & started a dispensary in the sector, primarily for the weaker section where medicine is given free-of-charge.
• Became the first ever President of any RWA to engage the prestigious “Group 4 Security Company” and introduced a High-Tech Security System in Sector 41, Noida.
• Took active interest to revolutionize the park structure of the sector, took active interest and encouraged the members to plant the trees and beautify the parks of the sector.
• Started a novel concept of bringing the residents of sector together by organizing many social & festival get-togethers.
• Due to these achievements our sector was adjudged as the Best Sector and got the following Excellence Awards:-
• Best President Excellence Award 2006 from Noida Authority.
• Times of India Glory of Delhi/NCR Award 2009.
• Best RWA Award (Pride of Noida), Sector – 41, 11 th November 2009.
• ARS Media Best RWA Excellence Award 2010.
• Shri K.L. Bansal is married to Usha and has a son and a daughter.
